Job Description
- The Small Home Appliance R&D Engineer is responsible for the research and development design of the company's food machinery products and project follow-up, participating in the entire product development process from concept to actual production, playing a crucial role in the product development process.
Job Requirement
- Responsible for the research and development design of food machinery products and project follow-up, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Conduct market information collection and analysis, formulate cost accounting and pricing strategies for new products.
- Participate in product testing, analyze test results, address issues, and provide improvement suggestions to ensure product performance meets standards.
- Lead product structural design and optimization work, responsible for product packaging design, ensuring a perfect combination of product appearance and functionality.
- Collaborate with production factories, monitor production progress, resolve technical issues during production, and ensure product quality and delivery time.
- Responsible for design output and archiving work, documenting key information and decisions for future reference and continuous improvement.
