Job Description
- As a cross-border e-commerce operations specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's business on the Amazon international platform. You will work with the team to increase product sales, optimize product displays, and enhance customer satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about e-commerce operations and have experience in the hardware tools and electromechanical industries.
Job Requirement
- Daily operational management of the cross-border e-commerce platform Amazon, including the publication, revision, and maintenance of product information on online sales platforms, optimizing promotions, sales analysis, inventory management, and being responsible for performance targets.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of Amazon platform accounts, such as product pricing and listing, listing optimization, activity planning, and marketing promotion.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor conditions, formulate effective sales strategies and promotional plans, and provide relevant sales recommendations.
- Conduct product market research, track platform-related metrics (sales revenue, traffic, reviews, etc.), adjust and formulate sales strategies in a timely manner to maintain safe inventory turnover.
- Research platform policies, proficiently use Amazon policy systems, maintain account security, maintain a good feedback rate for the store; sales targets.
